DUE TO OUR VERY BUSY SCHEDULE DURING DECEMBER 2025 AND OUR HOLIDAY CLOSURE OVER JANUARY, WE ARE CURRENTLY AT FULL CAPACITy AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING NEW JOB ENQUIRIES DURING FEBRUARY 2026.
WE WILL RESUME ACCEPTING new JOB ENQUIRIES STARTING monday MArch 16th. this will give us time to complete our EXISTING jobs. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.
PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU HAVE A SOLID-STATE AMPLIFIER, PA SYSTEM, DIGITAL KEYBOARD OR GUITAR EFFECTS PEDAL REQUIRING A SERVICE OR REPAIR, THESE ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THIS TIME.

ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME
Due to our current workload, our completion times are
2-4 Weeks for Guitars and 4-8 Weeks for Amplifiers.
All jobs vary in design complexity and repair difficulty.
A more accurate ETA can be assessed upon drop-off.
We do charge an additional $70 Express Fee for
urgent repairs required in under 5 Days - (T&Cs Apply).

*PLEASE NOTE- a $110 Service Fee applies to any attempted service on any item - that is unsuccessful.*
